"...Do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry." ~II Timothy 4:5~

Evangelist James Lockard

Preaching Revivals, Tent Meetings, Camp Meetings, Missions Conferences, and Helping Pastors and Missionaries

Brother and Sister Lockard joined our church in October 2000 after he preached a homecoming revival for us. They have proven to be a great blessing to our church and a sincere friend to this pastor and his family. They are greatly missed when the call of evangelism takes them away from us, but we benefit from their presence when they are home, as I am sure you will if they are with you.

Since Brother Lockard started preaching in September 1981, he has gained pastoral experience and has been in evangelism since March 1991. He understands the burdens, the battles, the boldness, and the blessings of the pastorate as well as the tears, the trials, the temptations, and the triumphs of the people in the pews.

I highly recommend Brother Lockard for a revival, tent meeting, or special service. His love for the Lord and ultimate desire to please Him is what motivates his faithfulness to service. He will come to be a help and not a hindrance, a blessing and not a burden; you will be refreshed with his fellowship and revived with his preaching.

Looking for that Blessed Hope,

Pastor Timothy J. Perry

Recent Prayer Letter from Evangelist Lockard:

Dear Pastor and Church,

Well we’ve reached the month of September; with all the vacations and summer traveling ending, the church can have everyone back for the services  as summer comes to an end on the 23rd and autumn begins. This lets us know the seasons are still changing, but I’m glad we serve an Almighty God that never changes. It’s amazing how time has changed over the years; I never thought we’d see the time like it is now, but it’s changing so much the wrong way. Who would have thought we’d see the time when our court system would say same-sex marriage would be legal, the law of the land? But we as saved people will never be able to accept that kind of a law. The Bible is still true, and it calls it an abomination in the eyes of God. I thank God that there are a few that’s not bowing down to the gay right movement. If we can stand just a little while longer, we’ll be out of here, and the sinners can have this old wicked world. Luke 21:28 “And when all these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” We’re almost home. AMEN!!!!

Prayers Answered

The month of August was a busy month for us, we were in 34 services in 13 different churches and 5 different states. The Lord blessed in these services with four people saved and others getting right and getting the spiritual help that they needed. What a blessing to serve the true and living God. I’m so thankful to be one of His children in His service.  Update on my wife: she saw the new orthopedic surgeon, and they’re scheduling knee replacement for the second week of November; she has to have some more test done before then.

1. Pray the Lord will open doors for meetings.

2. Continue to pray for our health; my wife is doing better.

3. Pray for safety traveling on the roads.

4. Pray for the financial needs of the ministry.

5. Pray for the Lord’s will to be done in the meetings.
