Preaching Revivals, Tent Meetings, Camp Meetings, Missions Conferences, and Helping Pastors and Missionaries
Brother and Sister Lockard joined our church in October 2000 after he preached a homecoming revival for us. They have proven to be a great blessing to our church and a sincere friend to this pastor and his family. They are greatly missed when the call of evangelism takes them away from us, but we benefit from their presence when they are home, as I am sure you will if they are with you.
Since Brother Lockard started preaching in September 1981, he has gained pastoral experience and has been in evangelism since March 1991. He understands the burdens, the battles, the boldness, and the blessings of the pastorate as well as the tears, the trials, the temptations, and the triumphs of the people in the pews.
I highly recommend Brother Lockard for a revival, tent meeting, or special service. His love for the Lord and ultimate desire to please Him is what motivates his faithfulness to service. He will come to be a help and not a hindrance, a blessing and not a burden; you will be refreshed with his fellowship and revived with his preaching.
Looking for that Blessed Hope,
Pastor Timothy J. Perry

Recent Prayer Letter from Evangelist Lockard:
Dear Pastor and Church,
I know as we celebrate the fourth of July with family and friends many will be traveling and taking their vacations. But with all the celebrating, the food, and fireworks, not many people will stop and remember the price that was paid for our freedom that we’re enjoying today. Many of the men that signed the Declaration of Independence, members of their families, and others gave their lives just so that we could celebrate the freedom we have today. I believe our American History, the cost of our freedom, should be taught in every school, college, and to everyone that comes into our country. But we who are Christians received our spiritual freedom many years before the Declaration of Independence was ever signed; it goes all the way back over 2,000 years ago when Jesus was willing to give His life on the cross and be our sacrifice that we might be made free. AMEN!! I saw a church sign that said, “America is free, so is salvation.” It cost a lot for America to be free, but it cost the best Heaven had to set us free from the bondage of sin. John 8:36
