Preaching Revivals, Tent Meetings, Camp Meetings, Missions Conferences, and Helping Pastors and Missionaries
Brother and Sister Lockard joined our church in October 2000 after he preached a homecoming revival for us. They have proven to be a great blessing to our church and a sincere friend to this pastor and his family. They are greatly missed when the call of evangelism takes them away from us, but we benefit from their presence when they are home, as I am sure you will if they are with you.
Since Brother Lockard started preaching in September 1981, he has gained pastoral experience and has been in evangelism since March 1991. He understands the burdens, the battles, the boldness, and the blessings of the pastorate as well as the tears, the trials, the temptations, and the triumphs of the people in the pews.
I highly recommend Brother Lockard for a revival, tent meeting, or special service. His love for the Lord and ultimate desire to please Him is what motivates his faithfulness to service. He will come to be a help and not a hindrance, a blessing and not a burden; you will be refreshed with his fellowship and revived with his preaching.
Looking for that Blessed Hope,
Pastor Timothy J. Perry

Recent Prayer Letter from Evangelist Lockard:
Dear Pastor and Church,
The Lord has blessed us to reach the last month of the year. I think the last two months of the year are my favorite times. In November we celebrate Thanksgiving, and in December we celebrate Christmas, the birth of our Savior. It’s a special time of year for us, but not too many people celebrate it for the right reason. Now it’s trees, lights, decorations, shopping, and the giving of gifts; but wait, where does Christmas fit in? We’re supposed to be celebrating Christ’s birth, the greatest gift that mankind could ever have, the gift of salvation. Most people do not have that special gift; they want to celebrate the holiday, but not the Person that comes with it. Luke 2:7 “And she brought forth her first born son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manager; because there was no room for them in the inn.” Will you have room for Jesus this Christmas? I pray you’ll make room for Him because He made room for you. REMEMBER JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THIS SEASON!!
The Lord blessed us to be in some good services during the month of November: On the 1st-6th we were at Friendship Baptist Church in Elon, NC; on the 9th, we were at Pisgah Baptist Church in Lenoir, NC and had one saved during the morning service; Nov. 10th AM, we were at Old Time Independent Baptist Church in Liberty, Ky. On the 18th we left for our trip to Socorro, New Mexico to be with Bro. Trent McKeehan and family at Ridgeview Baptist Church. On Wednesday morning we went out to see the church building the Lord has given them, and Bro. Trent wanted to go out visiting homes in the area. We knocked on several doors that day, and had one lady saved! Praise the Lord. It’s a hard area to work in, but the Lord is really blessing them; they had a special service on the 23rd with 58 in attendance that morning. Pray for the Pastor and his family. We came back on the 25th. We have enclosed some pictures from our trip out West for you to see the work. Thank you for your prayers for us as we were there. On Nov. 26th, we attended Harriman Baptist Tabernacle’s Thanksgiving service. Then on the 30th AM, we were with Old Fashion Gallahar Baptist Church in Kingston, TN.
Our schedule for December is uncertain right now. We went to the meeting at Freedom Baptist Church in Pigeon Forge, TN but had to leave because my wife is having problems with both of her knees. She can hardly walk and is in a lot of pain; we had her at the doctor four days last week, and they are wanting her to come three days a week for the rest of the month as they try to help her. Pray for her that the Lord will touch her so that we’ll be able to go for the Lord. I have some Sunday meetings scheduled but just have to wait and see how she does. We cancelled the meeting on Dec. 6th; we are scheduled to attend a special service at Whitley City Second Baptist Church in Whitley City, KY on the 12th. We are also scheduled to be with Gospel Baptist Tabernacle in Crossville, TN on Dec. 20th, with our home church on Saturday, Dec. 27th for the Friends of the Faith Fellowship, and with Dawson Springs Baptist Church in Dawson Springs, KY on the 28th.
We ask you to keep praying for us and the meetings. We thank the Lord for His goodness and mercy He showed upon us during our travels out West; so far He has blessed with a $1000.00 toward our cost out there. Pray that the rest of the money will come in, I know He laid it upon my heart to go out there to be a help and a blessing to Bro. Trent and his family. Where the Lord leads He will provide. AMEN!!
~Merry Christmas and a Godly New Year~
