"...Do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry." ~II Timothy 4:5~

Evangelist James Lockard

Preaching Revivals, Tent Meetings, Camp Meetings, Missions Conferences, and Helping Pastors and Missionaries

Brother and Sister Lockard joined our church in October 2000 after he preached a homecoming revival for us. They have proven to be a great blessing to our church and a sincere friend to this pastor and his family. They are greatly missed when the call of evangelism takes them away from us, but we benefit from their presence when they are home, as I am sure you will if they are with you.

Since Brother Lockard started preaching in September 1981, he has gained pastoral experience and has been in evangelism since March 1991. He understands the burdens, the battles, the boldness, and the blessings of the pastorate as well as the tears, the trials, the temptations, and the triumphs of the people in the pews.

I highly recommend Brother Lockard for a revival, tent meeting, or special service. His love for the Lord and ultimate desire to please Him is what motivates his faithfulness to service. He will come to be a help and not a hindrance, a blessing and not a burden; you will be refreshed with his fellowship and revived with his preaching.

Looking for that Blessed Hope,

Pastor Timothy J. Perry

Recent Prayer Letter from Evangelist Lockard:

Well the Lord has blessed us to get into the new year of 2019. He has let us come farther than I thought we would ever get in this sinful world in which we live. As I look back over 2018 I can see how the Lord blessed us so much, gave us everything we needed, as we tried to serve Him. We’ve seen the Lord save some people; churches, Pastors, and saints of God encouraged, revived and rejoicing in the Lord. We was blessed to preach meetings in some new churches this past year. Also traveled a total of 42,913 miles and was in 240 services.  But we’re looking forward to 2019 to see what the Lord has in store for us to do. I’m just going to keep on going for the Lord preaching His Word and telling people Jesus saves, Jesus save.  I pray the Lord will keep us busy for His honor and glory. It would have been impossible for us to do all the Lord blessed us to do without your prayers and financial support each month, and we’re thankful for all that you do on our behalf. Thank You!!!!

Happy New Year

The Lord has kept us busy in December: 2-5 revival at Galilee Baptist Church in Elizabethtown, KY. 9th at Kennard Baptist Church in Kennard, IN and Faith Chapel Baptist Church in Knightstown, IN in the evening service. Then on the 12th my wife had her surgery, we were off for a few days with her recuperating from the surgery and Christmas. On the 23rd at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Then finished up the month at Calvary Baptist Church with their Watch Night Service and New Year Revival meeting.  We’re going to try and visit with our supporting churches that we haven’t gotten to visit with this past year. It has been a busy year and I’m grateful for that.
